Our exceptional team is led by Jonathan Murray, Chief Executive Officer and Councillor, who brings close to two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Alongside with him are our team of experienced property managers, administration staff and Zenmark international leaders.

Jonathan Murray

Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan is the Chief Executive Officer of Zenmark Properties, a US-based property company that operates globally. Jonathan began his real estate career in 2004, and since then has developed extensive experience across strata, commercial, and residential property management. Jonathan is known for his strong communication and negotiation skills and enjoys working closely with both her team and clients. 

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the City University of New York and a Degree in Property Management from Boston University.

Robert Hankinson

Operations Manager

With almost 30 years of experience in real estate, Robert has built an exceptional sales and property management career. As the operations manager, he is highly regarded for his extensive knowledge of helping property owners make their investments work effectively. 

His expertise lies in maximizing the potential of properties, ensuring they perform as valuable, income-generating assets. Robert has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to professional excellence by holding a Diploma in Property Services and possessing complete sales and property management licenses. Since 2018, he has been a vital part of Zenmark Properties, supporting countless landlords in managing and enhancing their property portfolios.

Robert is passionate about the dynamic nature of property management and thrives on meeting the challenges that come with the role. From addressing the day-to-day requirements of property management to building long-term strategies, he is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and ensuring the success of every property he manages.

Charlotte Kucera

Senior Property Manager – Training and Development

Meet Charlotte – a dedicated and multilingual team member who speaks two languages fluently, with French as her home language. Since beginning her real estate career in 2010, Charlotte has built a strong reputation for her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to client service. She holds a Degree and Diploma in Property Services, equipping her with solid industry knowledge and practical expertise.

Charlotte has been a valued member of Zenmark Properties team for over four years, during which she has continued to demonstrate her professionalism and care in managing our property portfolio. She is known for her exceptional listening skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the trusted relationships she builds with owners and tenants. She always focuses on creating a smooth, stress-free experience for all parties.

Outside work, Charlotte enjoys quality time with her loved ones, playing hockey, and getting creative in her craft room, where she makes personalized gifts. She is also actively involved in her local sporting community.

Her mantra – “Be the change you wish to see in the world and treat others how you would like to be treated” – reflects her compassionate nature and dedication to making a positive impact.

For Charlotte, the most rewarding part of her role is hearing gratitude from clients and tenants. She takes great pride in helping owners confidently manage their assets and ensuring tenants feel supported throughout their tenancy. Always willing to lend a hand to her teammates, Charlotte is a truly valued member of the Zenmark Properties team.

David McDonald

Senior Property Manager

Originally from the UK, David has been in the real estate industry since 2020, gaining experience across commercial real estate, strata, residential property management, and sales. With a diverse professional background in accounting, hospitality management, and event management, he brings a well-rounded approach to his work.

Currently, David McDonald is excited about building her own home with his partner. In her spare time, he enjoys doing Pilates, spending quality time with family and friends, attending events, and exploring new dining spots.

Emma Ferguson

Senior Property Manager

Emma, our senior property manager, brings over a decade of experience to our team. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, her background in accounting ensures meticulous financial management and budgeting for our properties.

Beyond her professional prowess, Emma enjoys staying active through running and playing soccer, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her work as she does to the field.

William Mulhall

Property Manager

William Mulhall brings his role a unique blend of experience, positivity, and determination. Armed with his ‘Can Do’ mindset, William tackles challenges head-on, instilling confidence in himself and inspiring those around him. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, William’s customer service expertise is second to none, ensuring seamless property management operations and fostering strong relationships with owners and tenants alike.

Since joining the real estate and property management industry in 2023, William has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow, finding joy in the little things and cherishing moments spent with friends. Whether obsessing over his cat or baking delicious cakes, William’s passion for life shines through in all he does.

Olivia Graf

Portfolio Manager

Olivia began her journey in the real estate industry in July 2021 and has gained valuable experience in various roles, including Reception/Admin, Property Manager, and Leasing Executive. 

‍With a solid foundation built over 10 years in retail and hospitality, Olivia brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a constant eagerness to grow and learn.

‍Olivia recently achieved a significant milestone outside of work, buying her first home with her partner. She shares her home with a lively bunch: one dog, two cats, and a bearded dragon! Olivia is very family- and friend-oriented, and in her free time, she enjoys camping, rock climbing, and travelling overseas.

Amelia Kro

Assistant Portfolio Manager

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high property standards, Amelia ensures every inspection runs smoothly. She takes pride in providing thorough reports and informing landlords and tenants. Friendly and professional, Amelia is committed to making the inspection process seamless and stress-free for everyone.

Richard Ryan

Assistant Portfolio Manager

Now an Assistant Portfolio Manager with Zenmark Properties team, Richard brings unique skills to the position, shaped by his extensive background as an Inspections Agent. His strong eye for detail ensures that nothing is overlooked, making him a valuable asset in property management.

Richard loves spending time with his partner and taking his dog on adventures outside of work. He also enjoys sewing, boxing fitness classes, and cooking delicious crepes, a specialty from his home in New York. His fearless approach to life is captured in his motto: “Better an oops than a what if.” In his spare time, he finds joy in organizing homemade pizza nights, relaxing by the beach with friends, and making candles.

Richard thrives on the people aspect of his role, from building relationships with tenants to collaborating closely with his team, making his journey in property management deeply rewarding.
