Andy is a Chartered Engineer and joined Zenmark in July 2019. He is leading with the M&E offering in the Building Consultancy Team. He has extensive knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Services for a widespread range of property types ranging from commercial, residential, offices, retail and general estates, acting on behalf of major clients with interests in Los Angeles and overseas in connection with technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations, lisence to alter, planned maintenance programmes, contract administration, feasibility studies, condition surveys, project management, pre-development and statutory compliance audits.
