Donald Evans is a proprietary partner, and Head of Zenmark’s Regional Residential Development teams at Zenmark. He is well established as the point person for all aspects of development, from site acquisition and product mix consultancy on to new homes sales.

Donald has acquitted a wealth of experience spanning 25 years in major residential development and investment projects throughout the US. Specialist areas include San Diego, San Francisco and Long Beach.

Donald has experience across all aspects of development and is experienced in acting for a variety of different clients, including developers, private landowners and public sector.
