Close to the airport (60 km east on the B6) and in the middle of nature. On the Straussenkuppe and via a 3 km sand pad easily accessible by car (4WD ONLY) is a spacious house with a central modern kitchen, living and dining area and a fabulous view to the northwest. On the right and left are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private toilets. Three covered terraces, a brick barbecue area and a large enclosed fireplace invite you to enjoy the tranquility and the views.
The space
The house has a northwest orientation and offers the opportunity to see the most beautiful Namibian sunsets every evening. Central is the kitchen, dining and living area with large panoramic windows with sliding doors across the entire front. Step out through the panoramic window and you will come to a large covered terrace.
The two bedrooms branch off to the right and left of the common area and each have a modern, very nice en-suite bathroom with their own attached toilet. In addition, each bedroom has its own private covered terrace with wonderful views.
Other things to note
Local offers: paid shuttle service from the Astra farm to the house (3 km for guests without 4WD), as well as to and from the Hosea Kutako International Airport (60 km) or Windhoek (100 km). Purchase of everyday things at the Padstall (5 km from the house on the B6). Barbecue meat and sausages on the farm. Game drives on Farm Astra or at nearby Okambara Elephant Lodge.
